
Jill Frances Johnson grew up overseas, schooled in Jordan, Nepal, and Nigeria. She earned her MFA in Creative Nonfiction at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA in 2017 after graduating from Smith College in the Ada Comstock Scholars Program for nontraditional (older!) students. She’s the Associate Nonfiction Editor at Solstice Literary Magazine. Her work appears in Under the Gum Tree, Clockhouse and Solstice Lit Mag. Her current project is a memoir Water Skiing in Kashmir about expat life during the ‘60’s. She divides her time between the green hills of Vermont and the arty city of St Petersburg, Fl.
